Jenifer has provided strategic leadership in sustainable development, financing, biodiversity conservation, climate resilience, health policy, research and institutional development.
Her professional experience spans project management, organisational governance, stakeholder engagement and grant administration, with a focus on strengthening institutional capacity and advancing sustainable development initiatives.
She works collaboratively with government agencies, international development partners, civil-society organisations and communities to support the effective implementation of projects, policies and development programmes.
20 years collective experience in Project Administration, Policy and Insitutional Development.

Kierra has approx 15 years Adminstrative experience combined across the private and public sectors. Her meticulousness and committment to people and development lends to supporting social safety net programs in housing in underserved sup-groups in Grenada.
